About The Role
We are seeking a DevOps Platform Integrator to contribute to our DevOps Center of Excellence (CoE). You will contribute to the development, operation, and continuous improvement of DevOps platforms enabling efficient software delivery. You will work closely with the DevOps Platform Architect to build scalable CI/CD and cloud-native platforms. This role combines development, automation, and platform operations expertise. You will also act as a subject matter expert (SME) on Azure DevOps while contributing to platform reliability, governance, and FinOps practices to optimize cost efficiency.
What are your contributions to the team?
Contribute to design and evolution of DevOps platforms (CI/CD, tooling, automation). Develop automation using Go and/or Python. Build reusable pipelines and templates. Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, Ansible…). Administer Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, governance). Ensure platform stability, security, reliability and cost efficiency (FinOps). Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshooting. Support Azure cloud and hybrid environments. Participate in monitoring, logging, and incident management. Collaborate with architects, developers, and infrastructure teams. Promote DevOps best practices. Maintain documentation and onboarding material.
How to thrive in this role?
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. You have 6+ years of experience in cloud-native software development. You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps implementations (CI/CD, Terraform, Docker, logging, monitoring, etc.). You possess programming experience in Go and/or Python, as well as Shell scripting skills. You possess strong expertise in Azure DevOps. You have strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM, and Ansible. You possess strong knowledge of Azure cloud services. You possess strong knowledge of Git development workflows. You have experience with API integration. You have experience working with multiple DevOps ecosystems (Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab), which is considered a strong asset. You possess knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. You possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. You have the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. You possess strong collaboration and communication skills. You are fluently bilingual in English and French (spoken and written), with the ability to work effectively in a bilingual environment.
