About the role
Tourmaline Oil Corp. (“Tourmaline”) is Canada’s largest natural gas producer focused on long-term
growth through an active exploration, development, production and acquisition program in the Western
Canadian Sedimentary Basin.
We are currently looking for an E-Invoicing Support Analyst to join our team full time in our Calgary
office. This role will report to the Manager, Finance Systems and Data.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
Serve as the primary point of contact for questions and business support on our e-invoicing
platform and modules (OpenInvoice/OpenTicket/OpenContract Pricebook).
Support the phase II rollout of OpenContract Pricebook; prepare new Pricebooks from approved
bids, work with business teams to train staff and transition maintenance to the business.
Regular touchpoint sessions with both field and office coding and admin staff to provide training,
understand issues and answer questions.
Identify process and solution improvement opportunities and implement changes.
Release management; review of release notes, testing of new functionality and/or changes,
training and communication, etc.
Work closely with ITS teams to understand integrations with other systems and ensure
integrations maximize efficiencies in workflows across business teams.
Stay informed on all platform modules, enhancements, and alternatives that may support
Tourmaline’s evolving business needs and operational growth.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent degree is required
5+ years of direct experience supporting Enverus e-invoicing platform is required
Ability to perform functional analysis, define test scenarios, and support User Acceptance
Testing (UAT) is required
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and solve problems
Strong team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support evolving business needs
Ability to work independently in high-volume and fast-paced environments
Strong attention to detail, highly organized and a drive to meet tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across all
levels of the organization in a highly collaborative environment
Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment
