About the role

About the Role We're looking for a supply chain professional who understands that inventory isn't just stuff on shelves—it's capital, accuracy, and operational reliability all at once. You'll own the flow of goods through our operation and the systems and records that track it. What You'll Do Manage shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy from dock to record Own inventory management: cycle counts, reconciliation, shrinkage analysis, and stock-level optimization Maintain and improve inventory/ERP systems and the data integrity within them Partner with accounting on inventory valuation, COGS accuracy, month-end close, and reconciling physical counts to the general ledger Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records Optimize stock levels to balance carrying costs against availability What You Bring Solid grasp of how inventory decisions flow through to the financial statements (inventory as a balance-sheet asset, COGS, write-downs, valuation methods like FIFO/weighted-average) Hands-on experience with inventory or ERP systems Detail orientation and comfort in reconciling numbers Understanding of shipping/receiving workflows and documentation Strong communication across operations and finance Self-starter and capable of learning new products and their applications in the field.

Compensation This is a full-time on-site position at our Calgary warehouse (SE). Eligible for company benefits Competitive market wages based on prior experience
