Important Points: The expected base salary range for this position is $70/Hr - $75/Hr, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity. About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data & AI Engineer to join a fast-paced IAM (Identity & Access Management) Intelligence team. This role combines Data Engineering, AI Development, Analytics, and Cloud Technologies to support enterprise-wide IAM modernization and AI enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, developing AI-powered solutions, translating IAM business requirements into data models, and driving automation across reporting and analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, Airflow, Spark, DBT, and Iceberg. Build and support AI-powered solutions, including agentic AI workflows, RAG pipelines, and MCP-based AI tools. Design and optimize complex SQL queries across Snowflake, Trino, and SQL Server environments. Create and maintain Snowflake semantic views and Cortex AI-powered analytics solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline failures, data quality issues, and system performance. Collaborate with IAM stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions. Implement AI governance controls, including audit logging, cost monitoring, and output validation. Conduct QA testing for data pipelines, AI agents, and source-to-target data accuracy. Manage code repositories, pull requests, and CI/CD workflows using GitHub and GitHub Actions. Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and data dictionaries.

Required Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience with Python development. Advanced SQL expertise with Snowflake, Trino, and SQL Server. Experience building and managing Snowflake data models and Cortex AI solutions. Experience with MCP Server Architecture and agentic AI development. Hands-on experience integrating and working with LLM APIs (GPT, Claude/Anthropic, or similar). Strong knowledge of Lang Chain, RAG Pipelines, and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Chroma, etc.). Experience with Prompt Engineering, AI guardrails, and context management. Expertise with Apache Airflow for orchestration and scheduling. Strong experience with Apache Spark for large-scale data processing. Experience using DBT for data transformations and modeling. Knowledge of Apache Iceberg and distributed/lakehouse architectures. Experience working in AWS and/or Azure cloud environments. Strong understanding of GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and version control best practices.

Nice-to-Have Skills: SailPoint IdentityIQ CyberArk or BeyondTrust Apache Kafka Tableau SharePoint integrations Kubeflow, Dagster, or Temporal Experience within IAM, Cybersecurity, or Identity Governance domains
