Industrial discipline connects the two. 📍 Location: Hybrid – Toronto or Montreal, Canada (2 days per week at the office) 💼 Contract: Permanent, Full-time WHAT YOU'LL ARCHITECT: Keyrus North America (NORAM) is seeking a BI & Data Analytics Consultant your responsibilities will include: Participating in business analysis workshops to gather, understand, and clarify reporting and analytics requirements Designing and developing reports and dashboards to meet both informational and operational needs, following best practices in Power BI and Qlik. Providing support for BI applications in production, ensuring performance, reliability, and user satisfaction Documenting Business Intelligence and information management solutions, with a focus on Power BI or Qlik architectures, models, and dashboards. Leading BI migration initiatives, such as Qlik to Power BI, On-premise to cloud BI environments Executing work in alignment with established Business Intelligence standards, contributing to the continuous improvement of BI practices Running demos, client presentations, and Proofs of Concept (POCs) to showcase BI solutions and analytics capabilities Collaborating with data engineers and platform teams to align dashboards with underlying data models and pipelines WHAT YOU BRING: Qualifications / Certifications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Data Visualization Consultant, BI Developer, or similar role French is a huge plus, but not mandatory Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Qlik. Proven experience delivering demos, client presentations, and Proofs of Concept (POCs) Working knowledge of data concepts, including data modeling for analytics and ETL / ELT fundamentals and how BI tools consume backend data Working knowledge of SQL and Python Experience collaborating with or supporting backend data platforms (e.g. data warehouses, lakehouses, cloud data services) Familiarity with modern data environments feeding BI tools (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, Azure data services, Fabric) Good interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills Experience with Qlik Experience supporting on-premise to cloud migrations is a plus
