Title: Senior / Lead Workday Recruiting & Core HCM Consultant - REMOTE

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Workday Recruiting & Core HCM Consultant with 10+ years of overall HRIS/Workday consulting experience to join our Workday Partner Practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Workday Core HCM and Recruiting, lead end-to-end implementations, facilitate client workshops, and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition and HR best practices. This role requires hands-on configuration experience, client-facing consulting skills, and the ability to lead complex, multi-country Workday deployments from discovery through post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities Lead Workday Core HCM and Recruiting workstreams across full lifecycle implementations. Conduct discovery sessions, requirement gathering workshops, and solution design discussions. Configure and optimize Workday Recruiting processes, job requisitions, candidate workflows, interview scheduling, and offer management. Design and configure Core HCM business processes, security, organizations, and worker lifecycle events. Develop complex calculated fields, advanced reports, dashboards, and data audits. Provide recommendations based on Workday leading practices and industry standards. Collaborate with Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Integrations, Reporting, and Security teams. Partner with integration teams on payroll-related outputs and downstream system requirements. Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production validation. Deliver end-user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and post-production support. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide strategic Workday consulting services. Mentor junior consultants and provide leadership across project teams. Required Qualifications 10+ years of overall HRIS/ERP consulting experience. Workday Core HCM Certification (Mandatory). Workday Recruiting Certification (Mandatory). Experience leading at least 2-3 full-cycle Workday Core HCM and Recruiting implementations. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience. Expertise in: Workday Recruiting Core HCM Business Process Configuration Calculated Fields Advanced Reporting Data Audits Security Configuration Strong understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition business processes. Experience working in Workday Partner environments preferred. Excellent client-facing communication and consulting skills. Preferred Qualifications Multi-country/global implementation experience. Experience with Workday Talent, Compensation, Learning, Payroll, and Integrations. Knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Reporting Analytics. Leadership or team management experience.
