To learn more about who we are visit our website: www.teranet.ca About the Role Teranet is seeking an experienced Workday Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst (HCM) to act as a functional and technical specialist supporting the day-to-day operations of the Workday platform across key Human Capital Management modules, including Recruiting, Performance, Learning, Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll. You will serve as a key point of contact for Workday Production Support, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, and will maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality while managing sensitive workforce and payroll data. What You’ll Be Doing Act as the main point of contact for identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues within Workday HCM modules. Lead the delivery of system enhancements and new capabilities to support ongoing platform improvement. Support resolution of escalated production issues; managing incidents and track ticket status, Configure, maintain, and oversee Workday business processes to support established business requirements. Maintain and support the talent, performance, and learning modules and processes within Workday. Configure and support Workday time tracking, absence management and payroll processes. Support testing activities for Workday semi-annual releases and related system enhancements. Create custom reports and support end users with creating complex reports and resolving issues with existing reports. About You Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent with preferred concentration in HR systems and processes 5+ years of Workday experience with HCM modules including Performance, Recruiting, Learning, Absence, Payroll and Time Tracking. Strong expertise in Workday business process configuration, reporting, and security Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs) Working knowledge of software development life cycle activities (i.e., requirements, analysis, design, construction, testing, and deployment Experience with Kainos Smart Test Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and perform against tight deadlines and multi-task effectively Excellent analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills Let’s Talk Pay We believe in being upfront about pay and helping you make informed decisions about your career. The annual pay range for this role is $121,000-132,000 inclusive of base salary and target incentive pay.
