Key Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize Commercial Insurance business processes and workflows. Gather, document, and validate business requirements; define future-state solutions. Perform fit-gap analysis against Duck Creek capabilities and recommend solution approaches. Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and Duck Creek-aligned designs. Support configuration activities in Duck Creek Author, Product Studio, Rating, and Forms. Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation and testing. Lead requirement walkthroughs, stakeholder reviews, and signoffs. Support UAT, defect triage, and issue resolution. Provide cross-functional coordination and contribute to strategic business and technology initiatives. Mentor team members and drive best practices for delivery quality and consistency.
Ideal Candidate Profile
15+ years in Commercial Insurance and Insurance Solutions delivery. 8+ years working with Duck Creek products, especially Policy Administration. Strong understanding of product configuration, rating, forms, and policy lifecycle processes. Excellent stakeholder management, requirement analysis, and solution design skills. Proven experience supporting large-scale insurance transformation or modernization programs.
