To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What You'll Be Doing We are seeking a Client Authentication Business Coordinator to provide essential administrative, governance and business management support to CIBC’s Client Authentication team. The Client Authentication Business Coordinator involves assisting with the development and management of governance materials, coordinating events, meetings, and maintaining critical business operating processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will excel in organizing day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations, including client attestations, access requests, records management and reporting materials for management and executives. Strong planning, coordination, prioritization, and communication skills are essential for this role. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote. How you'll succeed Operational Management - Manage day-to-day operational tasks including client attestations, access requests, SharePoint administration, invoice review and other administrative duties. Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and correspondence on behalf of the team. Governance and Reporting – Support the preparation of reporting materials for management and executives, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist in the development and maintenance of governance materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible and timelines are met. Communication and Collaboration – Maintain effective communication channels within the team and with external stakeholders. Assist in planning and executing internal and external events related to client authentication and business management. Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and appointments for the business management and authentication team. Project Tracking - Monitor and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure deadlines are tracked and met. Take initiative when you notice opportunities to continuously improve and take the initiative to propose solutions. Who you are You know that details matter. You notice things that others don't. Your critical thinking skills help to inform your decision making. You are fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools/software.
