About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Operations Solutions Specialist for our Information Technology team. Reporting to the Director Enterprise Operations Center the Senior Enterprise Operations Solutions Specialist is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing and advancing the enterprise operational ecosystem supporting the Enterprise Operations Centre (EOC). This role establishes integrated operational solutions that enable end-to-end service visibility, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and ensure business-critical services are supportable, observable, and governed. It drives alignment across Service Desk, Technical Support, Application Support, and ITSM functions by improving how systems, data, and workflows operate together, enabling a more resilient, scalable, and intelligence-driven operations environment.
As the Newest Member of our Team, You’ll:
- Define and continuously advance the enterprise operational architecture, ensuring seamless integration between systems, workflows, and support models across the organization.
- Function as the strategic integrator across Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) verticals, connecting operational strategy with enterprise execution.
- Identify and lead initiatives that reduce operational fragmentation, improve system connectivity, and enable consistent end-to-end service execution.
- Collaborate with extended IT teams, including engineering, infrastructure, application development, and enterprise platforms—to ensure alignment between operational design, system capabilities, and service delivery requirements.
- Design and define operational solutions that improve service visibility, supportability, and governance across enterprise services.
- Improve visibility into critical service health through integration of monitoring, telemetry, and operational data.
- Establish standards for how operational and observability data is collected, structured, and consumed across operational and leadership layers.
- Enable proactive and predictive operational capabilities through trend analysis, intelligence models, and early risk identification.
To Succeed, You Bring:

College diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Seven (7) plus years of experience in enterprise IT operations, service management, operational strategy, or related technical roles.

Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale operational or integration solutions.

Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks and enterprise service management practices including ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow

Experience with enterprise platforms e.g. Salesforce, MS Fabric, PowerBI, ServiceNow.

Experience designing and implementing data pipelines for operational reporting and analytics.

Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and modeling operational data.

Hands-on experience with API design and integration to enable interoperability across enterprise platforms.

Experience with programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, or equivalent

Familiarity with Gen and Agentic AI concepts and their application within enterprise operations
The target hiring salary for this position is $107,000 – 133,700. Placement within our salary range will be based on factors such as internal equity, market conditions, and the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
