About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Experience Engineer, CXE-T based in Canada. This is a highly technical, post-sales role focused on scaling product adoption through structured, high-impact enablement rather than traditional one-to-one support. You will act as a deep technical expert, helping customers understand and implement advanced architecture patterns across containerized environments, secure software supply chains, and modern DevOps workflows. The role emphasizes building repeatable learning systems such as webinars, workshops, and technical demos that can serve large customer populations. You will design Proof of Concept frameworks that customers can reuse independently, while also stepping in for targeted deep-dive sessions when needed. Beyond enablement, you will produce high-quality technical content including guides, recordings, and blogs that accelerate adoption and reduce friction. This position sits at the intersection of engineering expertise, customer education, and scalable technical strategy in a fast-evolving cloud-native ecosystem. \n

Accountabilities: Design and deliver 1:many advanced technical enablement sessions such as webinars, workshops, live demos, and architecture deep dives for engineering and DevOps audiences. Build structured enablement programs aligned with customer maturity stages, focusing on adoption themes like secure SDLC, governance, and supply chain security. Develop reusable Proof of Concept frameworks with clear success criteria, architectural patterns, and scalable implementation guidance. Translate complex platform capabilities into practical, real-world architecture solutions customers can apply independently. Create high-quality technical assets including walkthroughs, reference architectures, blogs, and reusable demo environments. Act as a technical escalation point for advanced post-sales questions beyond standard documentation scope. Provide architectural guidance across container security, CI/CD, software supply chain integrity, and emerging AI/ML governance scenarios. Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure consistency across customer engagement and surface field insights to product and engineering teams. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Technical Account Management, or similar technical roles. Strong hands-on expertise with container ecosystems, including Docker-based environments and cloud-native architectures. Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, secure software supply chain practices, and modern DevSecOps principles. Proven experience designing and executing structured Proof of Concepts with measurable success criteria. Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to senior engineering and architecture stakeholders. Strong written communication skills with experience producing technical documentation, blogs, or architectural content. Preferred experience with AI/ML workflows, including model packaging, reproducibility, governance, and containerized deployment. Familiarity with secure software supply chain concepts such as SBOMs, artifact signing, vulnerability management, and policy enforcement. Experience building reusable technical labs, demo environments, or reference architectures for engineering audiences. Background in Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, or Security Architecture with strong architectural decision-making exposure. Benefits: Competitive salary range of $98,000 – $140,000 USD plus equity eligibility Remote-first work environment with flexibility to design your own schedule Comprehensive medical, retirement, and country-specific benefits Generous paid time off policy encouraging work-life balance 16 weeks of paid parental leave after eligibility period Home office setup support and monthly technology stipend Training stipend for conferences, courses, and professional development Quarterly wellbeing days and end-of-year company break Equity participation in a growing global organization Inclusive, diverse, and remote-first culture
