Infrastructure Engineer We're looking for a well-rounded infrastructure engineer to join a team operating across a broad, integrated technology stack. This isn't a single-technology type of role — you'll own work across virtualization, storage, OS, networking, and collaboration platforms, balancing day-to-day operations with project delivery.

What You'll Do Administer and troubleshoot VMware vSphere environments (including SimpliVity) Manage Windows Server infrastructure — patching, performance tuning, and issue resolution Support SAN/storage environments (HPE Fibre Channel, storage provisioning) Maintain telephony systems (Cisco & Avaya, VoIP and analog) Support Microsoft Teams Rooms and Crestron AV hardware Drive automation and scripting to reduce manual effort (PowerShell, Ansible) Manage incidents, problems, and project deliverables concurrently across priorities Leverage AI tools (Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve efficiency, scripting, and documentation
