Provide Advanced Technical Support For Checkpoint And Cisco Asa Solutions By Diagnosing Complex Incidents, Conducting Thorough Root Cause Analyses, And Implementing Effective Resolutions To Security Issues.

Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Seamless Operations And Enhance Perimeter Security Solutions, Meeting Compliance With Regulatory Requirements And Company Policies.

Lead Value-Adding Initiatives Such As Updating And Managing The Knowledge Base, Training New Team Members, And Coaching Analysts To Improve Overall Team Performance.

Skill Requirements
