Are you obsessed with efficiency? Do you look at a manual, repetitive task and immediately
think, "An AI agent could do this better"?
We are looking for a forward-thinking AI Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role,
you won't just be using AI; you will be building a digital workforce of autonomous agents that
interact with our software, manage data, and streamline our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Agent Development: Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents using relevant
frameworks.
Workflow Automation: Map out existing company processes (Sales, HR, Support,
Operations) and automate them using relevant automation platforms like Make.com
and n8n.
API Integration: Connect LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Llama) to our existing tech stack
(CRM, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.).
Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine complex system prompts to ensure agents
operate reliably and accurately.
Data Strategy: Implement Vector Databases to give our AI agents "memory" and
access to company-specific knowledge.
Maintenance: Monitor agent performance, troubleshoot "hallucinations," and optimize
token usage/costs.
Required Technical Skills
Proficiency in Python: Essential for custom script logic and agent frameworks. Automation Platforms: Advanced experience with platforms like Make.com
(Integromat) and n8n.

LLM Knowledge: Deep understanding of how to work with APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic,
or open-source models.
Integration Experience: Strong understanding of REST APIs and Webhooks. Frameworks: Experience with LangChain or CrewAI is a major plus.
Qualifications
Problem Solver: You enjoy deconstructing complex business problems into logical,
automated steps.
Self-Starter: You stay up to date with the weekly (sometimes daily) changes in the AI
landscape.
Strategic Thinker: You don't just build what is asked; you suggest better ways to use
AI to save the company time and money.
