Job Summary This role supports the U.S. Treasury Cash and Repo Clearing project — a complex initiative to test a new ICC rule to centrally clear all eligible U.S. Treasury Cash and Repo transactions. The team has multiple go-live days and is currently in the middle of testing a go-live phase; the incoming resource is expected to start testing for the next go-live. Manual testing is mostly stakeholder testing including operations, front office, finance/accounting, credit, and risk & liquidity teams. The role involves total 20–30 integrated testing cycles with cross-coordination across as many as 30 teams testing simultaneously. The team is a group of 10 people. This is a backfill position reporting to the delivery lead for the U.S. Treasury project.

Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end test strategy, including UAT and E2E scope, planning, execution, and defect governance across the program. Lead and coordinate testing across cross-functional internal teams (Front Office, Operations, Risk, Finance, Technology) and external counterparties (e.g., FICC, BNY, Client). Manage testing prerequisites and dependencies, including:

  • Test data and reference data setup - File and message readiness - Environment and resource alignment

Review, challenge, and refine business-defined test scenarios to ensure adequate coverage of regulatory, operational, and risk requirements. Run daily testing calls, track progress, unblock issues, and actively troubleshoot defects with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain complete testing artifacts, ensuring traceability from regulatory requirements → test cases → execution → evidence, supporting audit and regulatory exam readiness. Provide clear, concise test status reporting to senior stakeholders, including risks, key defects, and go / no go recommendations for release decisions. Work with Broadridge on a daily basis and FICC systems.

Required Skills 5 years of experience leading testing efforts on large-scale capital markets and/or regulatory change initiatives, including UAT and end-to-end testing. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of testing outcomes, proactively identifying gaps, risks, and dependencies. Strong learning agility with the willingness and ability to ramp up quickly on regulations, trade flows, and technology infrastructure. Proven capability to perform under pressure, navigate ambiguity, and drive progress in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments. Understanding of end-to-end dealer operating models, including trade booking, margin, settlements, risk management, and finance/accounting functions. 5 years of experience working with multiple stakeholders. Functional testing proficiency; BA/QA profiles who understand requirements, investigate issues (not just check-box), troubleshoot, and challenge test scenarios are strongly preferred. Ability to run the show with limited escalation to executives. Proficiency with tools: Jira, Excel, Confluence (for reporting/status), and SharePoint.

Preferred Skills Capital markets experience (U.S. Treasury and Repo trade experience is a strong asset). Trade flow experience.

Required Experience 10 years of overall relevant experience. 5 years of experience leading testing efforts on capital markets and/or regulatory change initiatives, including UAT and end-to-end testing.

Education Requirements Undergraduate degree required.
