Lead the solution architecture of digital services while ensuring alignment with citizen-centered design principles and agile software delivery approaches.<br/></div><div>? Develop overall architectural plans and uncover existing system contexts.<br/></div><div>? Provide recommendations, prototypes, and technical discovery activities to support solution feasibility.<br/></div><div>? Define and oversee iterative solution designs while analyzing impacts, risks, and system exposure.<br/></div><div>? Guide teams through the implementation of digital services and facilitate frequent product delivery.<br/></div><div>? Determine integration approaches and define target-state system boundaries and interactions.<br/></div><div>? Identify opportunities to leverage common digital service components and shared capabilities.<br/></div><div>? Provide guidance for detailed solution implementation designs and review code changes.<br/></div><div>? Contribute to code development activities related to user stories and technical tasks when required.<br/></div><div>? Coach and mentor product teams within agile delivery environments.<br/></div><div>? Contribute to the architectural vision for user-centric digital platforms and shared service capabilities.<br/></div><div>? Support the development of principles, metrics, and standards related to service quality and delivery.<br/></div><div>? Prepare architecture documentation, diagrams, and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.<br/></div><div>? Participate in the continuous improvement of architecture practices and delivery processes.<br/></div><div><br/></div><div><b>What you will need to succeed:</b><b><br/></b></div><div><br/></div><div>? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.<br/></div><div>? 5 years of experience leading cross-functional agile product teams.<br/></div><div>? 5 years of experience as a software architect leading the design and delivery of digital solutions.<br/></div><div>? 2 years of experience working with teams applying UX design, service design, and design thinking methodologies.<br/></div><div>? 4 years of experience defining and communicating solution architecture.<br/></div><div>? 5 years of experience communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.<br/></div><div>? 4 years of experience applying secure development practices and managing security considerations.<br/></div><div>? 4 years of experience designing and managing APIs, including RESTful services.<br/></div><div>? 2 years of experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with automated testing.<br/></div><div>? 5 years of experience transforming legacy systems into modern digital services environments.<br/></div><div>? 2 years of experience with containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code practices.<br/></div><div>? 2 years of experience working with relati
