This Senior Fullstack Software Engineer role offers the opportunity to build and scale high-impact web applications that modernize how businesses manage complex operational workflows. You will work across the full stack to design and deliver performant, scalable, and intuitive product experiences, with a strong emphasis on frontend architecture and user experience quality. Operating in a fast-moving, product-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and subject-matter experts to turn ambiguous requirements into well-structured, shippable solutions. The role blends hands-on engineering with architectural thinking, allowing you to influence both technical direction and product evolution. You will also leverage modern AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining strong engineering standards. This is a high-ownership role where your contributions directly shape platform scalability, usability, and long-term technical direction. \n
Accountabilities: Design, develop, and maintain fullstack features using React, Next.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and PostgreSQL. Build scalable, high-performance frontend systems with strong component architecture and reusable design systems. Own features end-to-end, from discovery and design collaboration through development, testing, and production deployment. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-impact solutions. Apply AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate prototyping, debugging, and code optimization. Contribute to engineering standards, code reviews, RFCs, and system design discussions. Ensure high-quality software through strong testing practices (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing). Break down complex technical challenges into clear, iterative, and production-ready deliverables. Requirements: 6–10+ years of software engineering experience building modern web applications. Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and Next.js, with additional experience in backend development (NestJS preferred). Solid understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and API-driven architectures. Proven ability to design and scale frontend systems, including state management and performance optimization. Experience delivering complex features end-to-end in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and tools such as Cursor or Claude Code. Strong understanding of testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and software quality best practices. Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset. Experience working with design systems, internal tools, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
