We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Technical Sales professional to bridge the gap between our technical solutions and customer needs. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with excellent communication and sales skills to support customers throughout the entire sales process—from initial contact to solution implementation.Job DescriptionIdentify and develop new business opportunities within target marketsUnderstand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutionsPresent and demonstrate products and software solutions to prospective clientsProvide technical consultation and support during the sales processPrepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentationsCollaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, product management, and support)Support customers during onboarding and initial implementation phasesMaintain and develop long-term customer relationshipsTrack sales activities and opportunities within CRM/ERP systemsRepresent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetingsQualificationsDegree or technical background in engineering, carpentry, construction, IT, or a related fieldExperience in technical sales, pre-sales, or solution consultingStrong understanding of technical products, ideally in software or construction technologyExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and structured waySelf-motivated, organized, and results-drivenWillingness to travel as requiredPreferred Skills:Experience with CAD/CAM, BIM, or prefabrication/offsite construction solutionsFamiliarity with ERP/CRM systemsInternational sales experience is a plusAdditional InformationWhat We Offer:Dynamic and international work environmentOpportunity to work with innovative technologiesCompetitive salary with performance-based incentivesProfessional development and growth opportunities
