Required Qualifications :3–8+ years of Workday integration experience (level adjusted for Engineer vs Lead) .Strong hands-on experience with :Workday Orchestration (including event-driven patterns )Workday APIs: SOAP and RES TWorkday integration tools such as EIB, RaaS, and/or Studi oSolid understanding of :Integration patterns (sync/async, pub-sub concepts, event-driven architectures )Data transformation formats: JSON, XML, XSL TAPI testing and debugging tools (e.g., Postman or equivalent )Experience building reliable error-handling, monitoring, and reconciliation mechanisms .Strong documentation skills (interface specs, data mappings, runbooks, troubleshooting guides)
