Senior DevOps Engineer & Infrastructure Lead (5G R&D)

5+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD pipeline management experience. Strong expertise deploying, administering, and scaling Kubernetes (K8s) clusters in enterprise environments. Extensive experience with Docker containerization and container lifecycle management. Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, and optimization using Jenkins. Proven experience managing GitHub repositories, branching strategies, pull requests, and Git workflows. Strong background building Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions and automated provisioning frameworks. Advanced scripting experience with Groovy, Python, Shell, and Bash automation. Experience developing Jenkins Shared Libraries and customized declarative pipelines. Hands-on experience automating build, test, deployment, and release management processes. Strong understanding of cloud and on-premises infrastructure management and orchestration. Experience implementing and supporting ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) monitoring and logging platforms. Expertise creating observability, monitoring, alerting, and performance dashboards for large-scale environments. Experience supporting high-availability, scalable, and mission-critical software platforms. Proven ability to lead DevOps initiatives, mentor developers, and establish DevOps best practices across teams. Experience working within telecommunications, wireless, networking, 5G, RAN, OAM, or large-scale distributed systems environments.
