Job Summary: MANAGER, GLOBAL PRODUCT ANALYTICS AND DATA SCIENCE Location: Work From Home - Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania, Arizona, North Carolina, Georgia Division: Ticketmaster NA Line Manager: Senior Director, Product Analytics & Insights Contract Terms: Permanent, Full-Time, 40 hours per week THE TEAM The Global Product Analytics team at Ticketmaster partners across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Strategy, and Finance to shape the fan experience and drive business growth at scale. The team leverages experimentation, behavioral analytics, predictive modeling, and AI-powered insights to inform product strategy, optimize digital experiences, and support smarter decision-making across global markets. As a highly collaborative and fast-evolving organization, the team plays a critical role in driving innovation and measurable business impact through analytical storytelling and strategic partnership. THE JOB We are seeking an experienced manager-level analyst to join the Global Product Analytics team. As a Manager, Product Analytics and Data Science, you will deliver data-science driven analytical guidance that informs product development, experimentation, and fan experience optimization. You will work across complex datasets, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled workflows to support high-impact product decisions and business initiatives. The Product Analytics team is rapidly evolving its capabilities across experimentation, predictive analytics, AI applications, and digital product strategy, helping shape the future of fan and client experiences through innovation and scalable analytics solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong data science fundamentals, hands-on AI fluency, and the analytical instincts to translate complex modeling work into clear product impact. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and measure key product metrics aligned with business objectives. Lead data science workstreams including predictive modeling, segmentation, and forecasting to drive product decisions and revenue impact. Evaluate and prototype AI-powered analytical solutions that support forecasting, product optimization, and operational efficiency. Utilize data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that influence product strategy and experience optimization. Translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions and measurement frameworks. Develop dashboards and recurring analyses to monitor product performance and proactively surface opportunities for revenue and experience improvement. Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner. Support data governance and ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of analytics reporting. Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to support roadmap prioritization and business planning. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS) Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex data science and analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives for senior executives. Advanced proficiency in Python applied to statistical modeling, predictive analytics, segmentation, forecasting, and machine learning in a product or digital analytics context. Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLM applications, and AI-enabled analytics workflows, with a track record of applying these to improve analytical outcomes. Strong expertise in SQL and Google BigQuery. Experience working with large-scale datasets and cloud-based platforms such as Databricks. Hands-on experience with digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Monetate, or Mixpanel. Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experimentation frameworks. Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
