By personalizing the fitness experience and fostering local community connections, GymTonic aims to reduce user isolation and support long-term healthy habits. Role Description The Sales Lead is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving user and partner acquisition for GymTonic’s platform. This role includes managing the sales pipeline, conducting virtual product demos, and building relationships with fitness studios, coaches, and other potential partners. The Sales Lead will develop and execute sales strategies, track performance metrics, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings based on market feedback. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, qualifying leads, negotiating partnership terms, and ensuring an excellent experience for new and existing accounts. The Sales Lead will also support onboarding and training for partners to help them successfully adopt and promote GymTonic. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, respond to inquiries, and maintain positive relationships. Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals in a B2B or SaaS environment. Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to oversee sales processes, support team performance, and guide partners through platform onboarding. Candidates should ideally have experience in the fitness, wellness, or technology sectors, with the ability to understand user needs and translate them into effective solutions. Candidates should possess strong organizational and analytical skills, proficiency with CRM tools, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
