Job Title: IAM Ping Identity Engineer / Ping Federate Administrator - REMOTE

Job Description We are seeking an experienced IAM Ping Identity Engineer to support and manage enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Identity Access Management (IAM) services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Ping Identity products, Entra ID (Azure AD), SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, and IAM operational support. This role involves platform administration, application onboarding, troubleshooting, change management, audit compliance, and continuous improvement of authentication services.

Key Responsibilities Manage and support Ping Identity infrastructure including PingFederate, PingID, and SSO services. Monitor platform health, performance, incident trends, and perform root cause analysis. Handle ticket management, problem management, and vendor escalation support. Support MFA enrollment issues, SSL certificate renewals, passwordless authentication initiatives, and SAML certificate updates. Configure and maintain PingFederate components such as IdP Adapters, Authentication Policy Trees, OAuth ATMs, OIDC Policies, and PingID Policies. Perform LDAP Gateway upgrades and post-upgrade monitoring activities. Support application onboarding and SSO integrations using SAML, OAuth, and OIDC protocols. Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) SSO and MFA services. Participate in PingFederate to Entra ID migration initiatives. Generate operational reports, analytics, and documentation for IAM services. Support SOX audits and compliance activities by providing required evidences and participating in audit walkthroughs. Maintain knowledge base documentation and operational runbooks.
