Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead enterprise Salesforce implementations, integrations, and platform enhancements.

Experience

10+ years of IT experience. 8+ years in Salesforce. 5+ years of Salesforce development. 3+ years leading enterprise Salesforce implementations (300+ users).

Key Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce design, development, customization, and deployment. Manage integrations with Oracle, SAP, and third-party applications. Oversee data migration, ETL, CI/CD, release management, and system integrations. Provide technical leadership for Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Java development. Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, conduct workshops, and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions. Perform POCs, impact analysis, and support the full Salesforce SDLC.

Required Skills

Salesforce, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (LWC), Java. REST/SOAP APIs, ETL/Data Migration (Informatica Cloud preferred). Salesforce integrations, CI/CD, Agile, and DevOps. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and solution design.

Certifications

Current Salesforce Certification(s) required. Salesforce Business Analyst Certification preferred.
