Role Descriptions: Responsibilities Define and own end-to-end test strategy across functional| integration| system| regression| and UAT testing Establish master test plans| quality gates| and entry exit criteria in line with enterprise SDLC Lead QA teams manage test resources| environments| and delivery milestones Ensure full traceability from business requirements to test cases and defects Oversee defect triage| quality reporting| and release readiness sign-off Collaborate with product| development| and business stakeholders across LOBs Support QA automation| CICD integration| and continuous quality improvement

Essential Skills: 8 years of QA experience| including leadership of large enterprise testing programs Strong knowledge of QA governance| test management| and regulated environments (InsuranceBFSI) Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools Exposure to test automation| Agile/Hybrid delivery models| and DevOps practices Excellent stakeholder communication and offshore/onshore coordination skills
