About the Role You'll help build a compiler from the ground up, spanning high-level graph optimisation through to backend code generation and runtime execution. Working in a small, high-calibre team, you'll have ownership across the stack rather than being confined to a single component.

What You'll Do Develop compiler infrastructure using MLIR and LLVM Build optimisation passes including fusion, tiling and vectorisation Contribute to backend code generation for GPUs and custom AI accelerators Improve runtime execution, scheduling and memory management Collaborate across compiler, runtime and systems teams to deliver high-performance AI software

What You'll Bring Experience with MLIR, LLVM or modern compiler frameworks Knowledge of compiler optimisation techniques and IRs Experience with GPU or accelerator code generation is highly desirable Understanding of runtime systems, scheduling or memory management Strong C++ skills and a passion for building high-performance software
