Summary: We are seeking a Data Center Asset Management Specialist to support enterprise datacenter operations with a strong focus on asset lifecycle management, infrastructure documentation, service workflows, and physical media tracking.

Roles & Responsibilities: Support day-to-day operations within a controlled data center environment Perform rack, stack, decommission, and MAC activity Audits Maintain accurate asset data in DCIM and asset management systems Manage physical media inventory using PMTT Manage ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets and Total Tracker Systems Ensure data alignment between DCIM, asset tools, and ServiceNow Generate reports using advanced Microsoft Excel techniques Participate in audits and compliance activities

Required Skills & Experience: Experience working in a data center environment Hands-on experience with DCIM systems Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience using PMTT (Physical Media Tracking Tool) Experience working within ServiceNow (SNOW) frameworks
