Your Responsibilities You'll build and deliver compelling campaign performance presentations, translating complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for vendor partners. You'll analyze digital media performance across Search, Display, and Social channels, identifying optimization opportunities and supporting test-and-learn initiatives. You'll develop and enhance reporting solutions using Tableau, Looker Studio, and other visualization tools to improve stakeholder access to performance data. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish campaign KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting strategies. You'll build strong relationships with vendor partners, demonstrating campaign value while supporting business growth opportunities. You'll ensure accurate campaign tagging and data capture across digital platforms to enable reliable reporting, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with Data Engineering to support scalable analytics solutions; maintaining scalable data pipelines and ensuring data integrity. You'll support vendor pitch initiatives by providing data-driven insights, performance benchmarks, and strategic recommendations that demonstrate campaign value and identify opportunities for continued growth. You'll contribute to evolving measurement methodologies, including attribution modelling and incrementality testing.
Skills and Qualifications 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or media analytics, preferably within a retail or eCommerce environment, with 3+ years of experience presenting insights to external clients Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field. Experience analyzing paid digital media performance across Search, Display, and Social channels. Proficiency with Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar data visualization platforms, with strong storytelling and presentation skills. Excellent client relationship management, project coordination, collaboration, and communication skills. Familiarity with SQL, Python, BigQuery, GA4, Adobe Analytics, clickstream data, and foundational statistical analysis is considered an asset. Knowledge of Canadian privacy regulations, Retail Media Networks, and industry certifications such as Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are considered strong assets.
