We build AI employees that call, text, and email leads, and book appointments better than most humans do.

We're hiring ONE person to build them, break them, and make them bulletproof.

Fair warning: this is not a drag-and-drop Zapier job. When a webhook misfires or one field maps wrong, a real client's leads don't get called, and they lose money that day. We need someone who treats that like it matters.

WHAT SAYVO DOES SayVo builds AI voice agents for companies across North America. Our agents call new leads in under 60 seconds, qualify them, handle objections, and book appointments straight into the CRM. That's the work that used to take a room full of cold callers.

It's a small, fast-moving team. You'll work directly with the founder, own what you build, and see it go live in front of real clients within weeks, not quarters.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO ✅ Build and deploy AI voice agents that make and receive live calls, qualify leads, and book meetings ✅ Wire those agents into CRMs like GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, and Bonzo using n8n, webhooks, and APIs ✅ Set up the telephony and compliance layer: Twilio numbers, A2P/10DLC registration, call and SMS flows ✅ Write and tune the prompts and scripts that make our AI sound like a top human rep, not a bot ✅ Build callback sequences, round-robin lead routing, and the logic that moves a lead from "new" to "booked" ✅ Debug the messy stuff: malformed JSON, broken webhooks, failed field mappings, latency and concurrency at scale ✅ Onboard clients directly: walk them through setup, pull what you need from them, and explain technical things in plain English

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF You can read an API doc and a JSON payload, trace why a webhook is failing, and fix it without hand holding You're obsessive about detail. You double-check the field mapping because you know exactly what breaks if you don't You can hop on a client call and explain something technical clearly and with confidence You want ONE role to pour yourself into and get genuinely great at Your looking for your next career growth opportunity

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF You're juggling other clients, courses, a side business, or another job. This is full-time and single-focus, and we need your best 40 hours You need step-by-step instructions to make progress "Close enough" is anywhere in your vocabulary You'd rather hide behind a screen than talk to a client

WHAT WE NEED (hard requirements) Hands-on with an automation platform (n8n, Make, or similar). You've actually shipped multi-step workflows, not just watched the tutorial Comfortable reading API docs, working with webhooks, and debugging JSON A sharp, clear communicator we can put in front of a client with confidence Social intelligence: you understand how people think and can write AI that feels natural and persuasive You own client delivery from start to finish, which means staying calm under pressure and handling stress without letting things slip Highly responsive and flexible with your hours. You reply fast, and when a client build or launch needs you after hours or on a weekend, you show up Full-time, based in North America (US/Canada), working overlapping hours

BONUS POINTS You've built AI voice agents before (Vapi, Retell, Bland, etc.) You know the mortgage / lending world, or you've done real sales / cold calling Prompt engineering for conversational or sales AI You understand or have experience in sales, marketing, or customer support, and you're comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small startup where roles stay fluid You can focus deeply on one thing, you're hungry to get great at it, and you're looking for somewhere to grow
