Job Description
Objectives and Responsibilities:

Providing subject matter expertise within Private Markets Solutions at MUFG Investor Services, supporting Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Credit and Hybrid Private Market funds.

Driving solution design, business analysis and project execution for Private Market use cases.

Support Client and Fund configurations, including account structure setup, investor allocations, capital activity workflows, data and reporting within the platform.

Provide subject matter expertise around data models and report building in Private Market platforms. Where needed, providing data remediation to ensure optimization and data models are in place for custom solutions or reporting.

Design, build and maintain custom solutions and reporting across Investran, Private Market reporting tools, data warehouse environments, and internal reporting platforms to support fund operations and Client reporting needs

Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), validation of outputs, and ongoing production support.

Contribute to process documentation, training materials, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide additional ad-hoc support and solutions.
Qualifications
-
More than 5-7 years’ experience with a strong understanding of Private Equity, Real Asset or Hedge markets and fund operations (Fund structures, NAV process, Capital activity, fee calcs, etc.)

Strong proficiency in the Investran Platform including hands on experience with account setup, data structures, Report Builder and Reporting Services/Manager report development.

Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business and reporting requirements from both internal and external stakeholders

Capable of modeling business processes to support product operational usage. Can produce artifacts such as structure charts, data models, process models, use cases and scenarios

Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an attention to detail and data integrity

Experience supporting onboarding initiatives, system implementations, or platform enhancements is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Candidate must be highly self-motivated and able to work independently
