About the role
Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:
Analyze the current environment and make recommendations based on best practices. Configure, deploy, and administer Microsoft Intune. Implement security, compliance, and application management policies. Manage Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices. Deploy and maintain apps on users' devices. Monitor device health, analyze compliance reports, and troubleshoot Intune-related incidents. Propose and implement an action plan and produce the required documentation.
The profile sought is as follows:
Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in information technology. Have at least two (2) years of experience as a Microsoft Intune specialist. Have completed at least three (3) mandates of more than twenty person-days as a Microsoft Intune specialist, in a comparable technological environment. Master the management of devices, apps, and security policies with Microsoft Intune. Demonstrate good analytical, problem-solving, documentation and user support skills.
