Years of IT Experience -15+Yrs Experience as a Business Systems Analyst Experience with MS SharePoint & M365 Suite of applications Experience working on significant information management solution implementation project(s) in a public sector environment. Demonstrated capability of written and spoken communication in English

Experience capturing and analyzing business and technical requirements to identify information, procedures, decision flows and reporting requirements. Experience with consuming and creating data models, work flows and solution architecture diagrams. Experience in consuming and creating functional and technical specifications. Experience working on information \ records management initiatives in the role of Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst. Experience working with a distributed team across multiple disciplines (Business Analysts, Technical Analysts, Developers, and end users). Experience working on information management solution implementation projects in a public sector environment. Demonstration of strong verbal and written communication skills, able to target communications to audience (e.g., technical, non-technical). Experience in M365 applications including SharePoint, OneDrive and MS Teams. Microsoft M365 or Sharepoint certifications
