About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Operations & Marketing Specialist based in Canada. This role sits at the core of a fast-evolving commercial growth engine, bridging Sales and Marketing to ensure a steady flow of high-quality, well-qualified opportunities into the pipeline. You will design and optimize outbound and inbound lead generation strategies while ensuring sales teams have the data, insights, and tools needed to close deals efficiently. The position combines analytical rigor with hands-on execution, ranging from CRM management and funnel analysis to campaign creation and automation. You will play a key role in centralizing commercial operations within a single CRM system, improving visibility, speed, and performance across the entire revenue process. Working closely with sales leaders, SDRs, and account executives, you will directly influence pipeline quality and conversion outcomes. This is a highly operational and impact-driven role where structured thinking, ownership, and continuous improvement are essential. \n

Accountabilities In this role, you will own and optimize the systems, processes, and campaigns that drive sales pipeline growth and commercial efficiency. Manage end-to-end sales operations, including lead routing, assignment, CRM data integrity, and pipeline tracking across business units. Build and maintain targeted prospect databases, including sourcing, enrichment, segmentation, and ongoing optimization. Design and execute outbound lead generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to generate qualified opportunities. Monitor funnel performance metrics such as lead response times, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity, identifying areas for improvement. Develop and manage HubSpot-based workflows, automation, reporting dashboards, and marketing campaigns. Coordinate sales administration activities, including contracts, NDAs, proposals, approvals, and sales-to-client handoffs. Collaborate with SDRs, AEs, and leadership to deliver sales intelligence, campaign support, and process improvements that reduce friction and increase output. Support public relations initiatives by coordinating media outreach, press releases, industry visibility, and recognition opportunities. Requirements The ideal candidate is both analytical and execution-oriented, with strong experience in sales or marketing operations within a B2B environment. Experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Demand Generation within a B2B organization. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools. Strong ability to analyze funnel data, build reports, and translate insights into actionable improvements. Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, and multi-channel campaign execution. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. High attention to detail and comfort working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics. Proactive mindset with a strong focus on process improvement and revenue growth enablement.
