Location: London, Ontario (hybrid) – Onsite 2-3 days per week Type: Senior, full-time Salary: $90,000 to $115,000 Signing bonus: $5,000 if you’ve already built automations that drove $3M+ in growth We’re tbk. You’ll know in a line if it’s you.
The role. Your job is to turn more of our clients’ website visitors into customers, leads, and online sales, and to keep those sites getting better month after month. Mostly that means building new client websites from the wireframe up, written and structured to convert from the first visitor. You also sharpen the sites we already run, and you build the AI automations that monitor performance and act on it automatically, so progress never stalls waiting on a person.
What you’ll own. Net-new website builds, wireframe first. Most of the work. Conversion-first, mobile-first, built around the persona and the buying journey, then taken to a live build with our Web & Enterprise team. The automations that keep existing sites compounding while you sleep, confirming or denying the AI’s recommendations without a human in the loop. Pages that convert paid traffic from Google, Meta, and beyond. You design for the intent the visitor arrives with. Conversion and copy across e-commerce and B2B lead-gen. You write the words and protect the brand, because CRO without copy is just moving buttons, and brand is what makes people stay. Experimentation, SEO, and GEO, so the right traffic hits a page that’s ready for it. Expert real-time dashboards in Looker Studio, and the ROI story behind every number. The client relationship. They should call working with you easy.
Are you our person? Are you building AI bots and agents today that manage real web performance? This is the heart of the role. Do you have 5+ years of agency-side CRO with a portfolio that beats the market? Can you take a site from blank page to live, high-converting build? Have you driven revenue on e-commerce and pipeline on B2B lead-gen, and do you know the difference? Do you have strong paid media chops and build landing pages for paid intent? Can you write copy that converts and keep it true to a brand? Are you an expert with Looker Studio or similar, and comfortable owning the ROI conversation? Are you hands-on enough in the CMS and in HTML, CSS, and a little JavaScript to ship your own ideas? Do clients describe you as a breeze to work with? If you’re nodding down the line, we want to talk.
The first year, roughly. Month 1: you’re in the accounts, your first wireframes are started, your first automation is shipped. Month 2: net-new builds are your rhythm, automations are managing live performance, and your dashboards are reporting ROI. 6 months: multiple sites taken from wireframe to live, measurable lift, and an ROI story the client trusts. 12 months: your sites are beating their markets, your automations keep them compounding, and your playbooks have lifted the whole team.
