Worker Type: Employee Job Post End Date: 07/15/2026 About this opportunity: The Manager, Finance Center of Excellence (COE) is responsible for leading and advancing a high-performing Finance COE that drives enterprise value through process optimization, automation, analytics, and the adoption of emerging technologies. This role serves as a transformation leader, establishing strategy, governance, and standards while ensuring initiatives are effectively prioritized and delivered to maximize business value and impact. Operating through influence and strong cross-functional partnerships, the Manager drives the continuous evolution of Finance capabilities, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, generating deeper insights, and enabling scalable, sustainable solutions. What you’ll do: Identify and assess emerging technologies, tools, and practices to drive innovation and value across Finance and analytics Define and evolve future-state Finance processes and ways of working enabled by data, automation, and analytics Translate business objectives into a prioritized portfolio of initiatives, making trade-offs to maximize value with clear outcomes and success metrics Lead COE governance, including intake, prioritization, sequencing, and value tracking; contribute to and influence key governance forums Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and ensure alignment to business needs and value Provide oversight to initiatives, ensuring alignment to scope, objectives, and expected outcomes, and track performance through KPIs Establish standards for data, reporting, and analytics while enabling adoption through training, sustainment, and change support Build strong cross-functional relationships, collaborate with technology teams, and lead and develop a high-performing analytics team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Who you are: Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements: Legally authorized to work in Canada Post secondary degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or equivalent professional experience Demonstrated leadership and project/program management experience Strong understanding of enterprise systems and data, with exposure to analytics and automation tools Demonstrated success in delivering complex, technology-enabled business change initiatives Experience with system implementations and integrations, including test strategy development and execution Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence business and technical audiences Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands Highly collaborative leader who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure and through periods of change Demonstrated ability to set clear direction, make sound decisions, and coach teams through ambiguity Note: The application deadline for this position is 11:59 PM MT July 14, 2026.
