Position: Electrical Engineer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60 - $80/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
Design and curate high-quality single-option multiple-choice questions in electrical engineering. Develop clear explanations and detailed rubrics for each question, ensuring instructional design alignment. Review and validate the technical accuracy of AI-generated content related to electrical engineering. Collaborate asynchronously to refine question quality and uphold subject matter standards. Provide feedback on AI performance with actionable insights based on domain expertise. Document and communicate technical concepts in written and verbal formats for diverse audiences.
Requirements
Advanced degree (Master s or PhD) in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Subject matter expertise in Analog Circuits, Digital Circuits, RF, or Power Electronics with a focus on IC. Proven experience with educational content creation, rubric design, or assessment development. Background in teaching, tutoring, or facilitating learning within electrical engineering. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and instructional value. Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver high-quality contributions.
