Plan A Technologies is looking for an experienced OIC Administrator. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in architecting OCI environments including Networking, security, compartment strategy, and integration services.

The ideal candidate will bring strong practical experience building OCI environments from the ground up, establishing cloud architecture best practices, and enabling enterprise applications such as Oracle Fusion, EBS, and modern cloud-native integrations.

Please note: you must have at least Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) with OCI Architect Professional certification or equivalent to be considered for this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

OCI Architecture & Design

Design and implement enterprise-grade OCI architecture including tenancy structure, compartment strategy, and governance model. Architect and deploy Virtual Cloud Networks (VCN) including subnets, routing tables, NAT gateways, service gateways, and security lists. Define and implement OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies for secure and scalable access control. Establish OCI networking architecture, including IPSec VPN connectivity, routing configurations, and hybrid cloud integration with on-premise environments. Develop cloud landing zones and environment standards aligned with OCI best practices. Hands-on experience generating, installing, and managing SSL/TLS certificates and Implementing secure HTTPS communication for OCI services such as Load Balancer, API Gateway, and custom applications.

Integration & Platform Services:

Design and implement enterprise integration architectures using OCI API Gateway, OCI Streaming, and other OCI integration services. Enable event-driven architectures using OCI Streaming and messaging services. Architect and integrate applications using OCI API Gateway for secure API exposure.

Data & Application Services

Architect and deploy Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) environments. Design application solutions using Oracle APEX for rapid application development. Define secure data architecture and integration patterns for enterprise workloads.

Security & Governance

Define and implement OCI security architecture including IAM policies, compartments, network security controls, and audit mechanisms. Establish cloud governance models including tagging strategies, monitoring, and cost management. Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting using OCI Observability services.

Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with enterprise architects, integration teams, and infrastructure teams to design scalable solutions. Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance during OCI implementations. Establish and document OCI best practices, architecture standards, and reference architectures.

Experience

8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure, or enterprise integration. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) with OCI Architect Professional certification or equivalent. Proven experience designing and implementing: OCI Compartments and tenancy architecture, VCN architecture and networking, IPSec VPN connectivity and OCI IAM policies and access controls Experience implementing secure hybrid cloud architectures integrating OCI with on-premise environments. Strong knowledge of networking concepts, security models, and cloud governance frameworks. Experience supporting Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, or multi-ERP environments. Hands-on experience with OCI Integration services or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Experience implementing API-driven and event-driven architectures. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred). Strong ability to translate business requirements into OCI architecture solutions. Experience establishing enterprise cloud platforms and integration patterns. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills. Initiative and drive to do great things.
