Every application we receive is personally reviewed by a member of our Talent Acquisition team - yes, a real person looks at your resume! While we use AI tools internally to streamline tasks like meeting notes, summaries, and administrative work, these tools never rank resumes, make hiring decisions, or influence candidate evaluations.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Application Administrator to join our dynamic Enterprise Applications team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about supporting and optimizing business applications, ensuring seamless integration across various platforms, and working in a fast-paced environment. As an Enterprise Application Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining systems such as NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, Slack and other key platforms used across the organization.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions that support our business needs. This role offers a great opportunity to grow and develop your skills in application management and integration, working with a variety of cloud-based tools and technologies.
How will I make an impact?
- System Administration: Administer and maintain enterprise applications such as NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, Slack and others, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user accessibility.
- User Support: Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for application-related issues, responding to incident tickets and service requests from internal users.
- Integration Support: Serve as subject matter experts for managed platforms within integration workflows, collaborating with integration teams to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve data flow issues.
- Process Documentation: Develop and maintain system documentation, process workflows, and user guides for applications, ensuring clear and accurate information is available for end users and stakeholders.
- Data Management: Perform data imports, exports, and data maintenance tasks, ensuring accuracy and data integrity across systems.
- User Access Control: Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, ensuring proper access control within all systems.
- Testing and Upgrades: Support testing, upgrades, and deployments of application enhancements, working closely with other admins, developers, and external vendors.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with Service Managers, Devs, and other teams to understand business needs, propose solutions, and deliver application improvements that align with organizational goals.
- Incident Management: Assist with troubleshooting and resolving system errors, providing timely updates, and following up with relevant parties to resolve incidents effectively.
- Enterprise Systems Thinking: Approaches problem-solving with an architectural mindset, considering upstream/downstream impacts, integration dependencies, and long-term scalability rather than addressing issues in isolation.
What you'll bring to the role:
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an enterprise application support or administrator role, working with business systems like NetSuite, Jira Confluence, Slack or similar platforms.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with cloud-based applications and system administration.

- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
