  • YOUR CHALLENGES

As a Buyer, you play a key role in managing import orders, optimizing purchasing systems, and overseeing the inventory of Kosto products.

  • You work closely with logistics, compliance, and quality teams, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes.
  • Thanks to your strong organizational skills and attention to detail, you manage multiple files simultaneously and help optimize inventory turnover, service levels, and overall performance, while taking into account the realities of international trade.
  • YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure the upkeep, maintenance, and configuration of systems (including CSD);
  • Maintain accurate product and purchasing data;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers;
  • Analyze supplier performance in collaboration with the technical compliance team;
  • Prepare and monitor documentation related to international transactions;
  • Coordinate logistics for orders (transportation, customs clearance);
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations;
  • Optimize inventory turnover while considering constraints and minimum order quantities (MOQ);
  • Support product distribution to branches;
  • Monitor Pareto analysis during new product launches;
  • Support technical and QA/QC teams regarding quality assurance standards;
  • Participate in supplier meetings and negotiations, as needed;
  • Ensure service level agreements are met;
  • Comply with health and safety standards;
  • Contribute to team objectives and related projects.
  • YOUR SUCCESS INDICATORS
  • Adherence to inventory budget;
  • Improvement of inventory turnover;
  • Maintenance of high service levels;
  • Responsiveness: ability to respond within 24 hours.
  • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • College diploma (DEC) in management, accounting, commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or international logistics;
  • Experience with import order tracking;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office;
  • Good knowledge of management information systems;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and strong initiative;
  • Ability to perform under pressure;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Customer-oriented mindset (internal and external);
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex information clearly;
  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
