We are looking for a Senior Digital Delivery Analyst – SAP S/4 with deep expertise in Materials Management (MM) and strong experience across Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM/EWM). Exposure to Remote Logistics Management (RLM) or Field Logistics Management (FLM) is considered an asset.
This role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end business process flows and how those processes are enabled, integrated, and supported within SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and RF technologies. The Senior Digital Delivery Analyst plays a key role in designing, supporting, and continuously improving deployed solutions, while ensuring alignment with SAP standards, clean-core principles, and Suncor D&IT architecture guidelines.

Minimum Requirements
- Eight (8) or more years of experience in SAP solution design and delivery within SAP S/4HANA, including EWM, WM, MM, IM, and FLM
- 2+ full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation experiences, with a focus on MM-led supply chain transformations
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Strong functional knowledge of end-to-end field logistics and supply chain processes
- Proven experience with SAP S/4 configuration and integration design, including SAP BTP and RF technologies
- Experience supporting SAP S/4 implementations or major upgrades
- Experience working in Agile and/or DevOps delivery models, managing competing priorities, and supporting multiple initiatives

Responsibilities
- Assume overall design authority within the solution landscape, understand complex business process, applications, and required integrations which support the end-to-end process and data flow within the process area, and identify any cross functional impacts
- Collaboration with Senior Digital Delivery Analysts and Solution Designers across process areas.
- This role translates business supply‑chain and procurement capabilities into scalable, compliant, and clean‑core SAP S/4HANA solutions, while leading design decisions across MM, Inventory Management, Procurement, and related integrations EWM / PM / PS.
- Provide ongoing support of deployed SAP S/4 solutions within a DevOps model
- Advise business stakeholders on alternative solution approaches aligned to SAP extensibility guidelines
- Assess impacts of in-flight projects, enhancements, and upgrade cycles
- Support testing, documentation, innovation adoption, and solution roadmaps
- Work effectively with AMS providers and system integrators
Location and Other Key Details
- This is an office-based role. You will work out of our Calgary head office
- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs
- Our engineering/professiona l roles follow internal compensation guidelines, and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of work
