Position: PMS QA Test Lead / Tester Location: Toronto, On – Hybrid

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced PMS QA Test Lead / Tester to lead quality assurance activities for the implementation of a Portfolio Management System (SaaS – Harmony). The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring end-to-end validation of portfolio management workflows, and driving successful delivery across testing phases.

Key Responsibilities Define and refine Test Strategy, Test Plans, and ensure complete test coverage across functional areas. Lead testing activities for the implementation of the Harmony Portfolio Management System. Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, and execute functional and end-to-end testing. Collaborate closely with Business teams, Development teams, SMEs, and stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure quality delivery. Build comprehensive E2E scenarios and support Business User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Acceptance Testing (PAT). Identify defects, coordinate resolution activities, and ensure successful test completion. Required Domain Expertise Strong understanding of Portfolio Management and Investment Operations including: Portfolio modeling, trading, billing, and reporting within integrated portfolio platforms. Portfolio lifecycle management including mandates, sleeves (SMAs), and investment governance. Pre-trade approvals, compliance validation, mandate adherence, audit trails, and decision history tracking. Dashboard and reporting capabilities including AUM, asset allocation, holdings, fund flows, KYC alignment, and real-time analytics. Fee calculation and billing processes including advisory, platform, and management fees with reconciliation support. Account setup workflows including fee agreements, householding, investment constraints, and onboarding. Model portfolio creation, asset allocation, investment mandates, and product selection with governance controls. Trade operations including blotter management, trade routing, auto-allocation, drift monitoring, and portfolio rebalancing.

Required Skills QA/Test Lead experience on large-scale enterprise implementations Strong expertise in Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Execution, and Defect Management Experience testing Portfolio Management Systems (PMS) or Investment Management platforms Knowledge of Capital Markets / Wealth Management / Asset Management domain Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
