• Fullscript is hiring a Senior Fullstack Developer for one of our practitioner care teams. In this role, you will architect and develop new features that will impact the future of the company and the integrative healthcare industry as a whole
• This is a fullstack role. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable building backend systems and user-facing product experiences, and who can move between business logic, APIs, data flows, and frontend implementation as needed
• Fullscript is built on Ruby on Rails on the back-end, with a GraphQL API. On the front-end, we use React, React Native, TypeScript, and Apollo to create top-notch experiences for our users. Our team cares about doing things well, and about the developer experience on the team. Fullscript is a place where you’ll be encouraged to learn, mentor, and grow
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, Finance, Operations, and engineers across Fullscript to translate business opportunities into practical technical solutions
• Work across the stack to deliver maintainable, observable, and scalable solutions
• Contribute to solution design, rollout planning, and measurement of business impact
• Write high-quality code, contribute to technical improvements, and maintain strong quality standards
• Review pull requests, mentor, and be an advocate for high-quality code that makes future development faster, easier, and better
• Help create a strong team culture by modeling ownership, collaboration, and thoughtful technical judgment
• Scope, plan projects, and work with other developers (front-end and back) to implement them
• Other duties determined by the company from time to time

• You are a strong fullstack software engineer who takes pride in building high-quality, maintainable systems and product experiences
• You work well in ambiguity and can help create structure in a new or evolving team
• You communicate clearly and collaborate well with cross-functional partners
• You are comfortable taking ownership beyond implementation, including helping shape technical direction, delivery strategy, and tradeoff decisions
• Experience scaling or working on high-scale web applications
• Experience in health tech or other trust-sensitive domains
• Experience with React and GraphQL or similar technology
