In office 4 days per week Hourly rate: $35.00 - $48.00 depending on level of experience Fixed Term: 5 month contract We are seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Buyer with hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns. This role is responsible for building, launching, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns across social platforms while ensuring accuracy in campaign setup, targeting, tracking, reporting, and quality assurance. What You'll Do: Campaign Execution · Build and launch paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat. · Configure campaign settings including objectives, budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, placements, and flight dates. · Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule. Quality Assurance & Attention to Detail · Perform thorough pre-launch QA checks to validate campaign setup against approved media plans. · Verify audience targeting, exclusions, budgets, flight dates, creative assets, URLs, UTM parameters, and tracking configurations. · Conduct post-launch checks to ensure campaigns are delivering correctly and tracking. · Identify and resolve discrepancies before they impact campaign performance. · Maintain accurate campaign documentation and records. Campaign Monitoring & Optimization · Monitor campaign performance and pacing daily. · Assist with optimizations related to targeting, creative performance, bidding strategies, and budget allocation. · Flag performance concerns (in Jira), delivery issues, or tracking anomalies in a timely manner. Collaboration · Work closely with in house Media Strategy team. · Communicate campaign status, launch updates, and potential risks. · Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects as needed. What You'll Bring: · Approximately 1 year of experience managing paid social campaigns. · Experience with at least one major social advertising platform (Meta Ads Manager preferred). · Understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance metrics. · Familiarity with tracking parameters (UTMs) and conversion measurement. · Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets. · Excellent organizational and time management skills.
