Our client, a well-established and highly respected public accounting firm in Sarnia, Ontario, is seeking a CPA Director to join its leadership team in a hybrid role, offering a genuine pathway toward Partnership and future firm ownership. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside the firm's Partners, influence the future direction of the practice, mentor talented professionals, and build lasting client relationships within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

What We're Looking For CPA designation Extensive Canadian public accounting experience Strong tax advisory and client relationship management experience as well as Audit experience (an all rounder) Previous leadership and staff mentoring experience Commercial mindset with business development exposure Someone who is motivated by a long-term pathway to Partnership
