About the role
We run an AI-powered SMS assistant that texts with thousands of parents
every week. We're hiring a sharp, detail-obsessed reviewer to read those
conversations and flag the ones the bot gets wrong.
The Role
Read real parent–AI conversations in our admin dashboard Flag bad replies: wrong info, robotic tone, ignored questions Write clear notes on what's wrong and spot repeating patterns No coding. This is a reading and judgment job.
Pay & Hours
$10–15 USD per hour, depending on experience 40 hours/week, US business hours (any US timezone) Fully remote, long-term
Requirements
Native-level English across speaking, reading, and writing Available to work US business hours (any US timezone) Extreme attention to detail Reliable, self-directed, comfortable working in a web dashboard Nice to have: QA, content review, chatbot/LLM evaluation experience
