Full-Stack Senior Engineer + AI Agent PaiBox is an AI-driven property maintenance workflow automation platform. We already have real users, real work orders flowing through the system, and we're growing fast. We're looking for a sharp Full-Stack Senior Engineer to help us rapidly ship features based on live customer feedback and build the future of AI-powered operations.

What You'll Work OnFrontend React Native (Expo 53), TypeScript, Zustand, NativeWind (Tailwind), Expo Router One codebase shipping to iOS, Android, and Web via EAS Backend Java 17 / Spring Boot 3 PostgreSQL, JPA/MyBatis-Plus Redis, Flyway migrations Real-time messaging with WebSocket/STOMP AI & Automation Workflow automation and AI agents built on AWS Bedrock (Claude, including multimodal/vision) Python services running on AWS Lambda Agent orchestration, diagnostics, and workflow intelligence Integrations Twilio (SMS + Conversations) SendGrid Push notifications (Novu / OneSignal) AWS S3 & Textract for document and invoice processing Product Development Work directly with property managers, owners, tenants, and vendors Turn real-world operational challenges into shipped features within days, not months What We're Looking For 5-8 years of full-stack engineering experience Comfortable owning features end-to-end, from architecture and APIs to polished UI Strong experience with React/React Native and TypeScript Experience with Java/Spring Boot or another strong backend stack Experience building or integrating LLMs, AI agents, or workflow automation systems Familiarity with AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, S3), Docker/Kubernetes, or real-time messaging systems Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset—you can take an ambiguous problem and independently drive it to production Available to start soon Work location can be anywhere in the U.S. or Canada What We Offer Competitive compensation (salary negotiable) Startup stock option plan Opportunity to work alongside an experienced leadership team with multiple successful entrepreneurial ventures and deep industry expertise Real product, real customers, and immediate user impact Fast-paced environment with minimal bureaucracy and rapid product iteration Opportunity to grow into a key technical leadership role as the company scales If you're excited about AI agents, automation, and building products that solve real-world operational problems, we'd love to talk.
