JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is looking for a Report Developer to join one of our top banking clients. The Report Developer– ServiceNow Asset Management & CMDB will be responsible for building reporting, dashboards, and automated data workflows to support IT Asset Management (ITAM) and CMDB environments. This role focuses on improving asset visibility, data quality, and operational insights through tools like Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, and PowerShell.

This individual will work closely with ServiceNow, infrastructure, and ITAM teams to translate complex technical data into actionable insights for both technical and business stakeholders.

EQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or BI development
• Strong hands-on experience with:

1. Power BI (dashboarding, data modeling, visualization)
2. Alteryx (workflow development & automation)
3. PowerShell scripting
4. SQL / querying large datasets

-Experience working with ServiceNow, specifically:

1. IT Asset Management (ITAM)
2. CMDB / Configuration Management

-Strong understanding of:

1. Relational data models
2. Data transformation & data validation

• Experience working with large datasets and data analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE -Experience with CMDB data quality, reconciliation, and governance -Experience building executive-level dashboards and reporting -Strong background in data automation (Alteryx + PowerShell integration) -Exposure to IT infrastructure data / asset lifecycle reporting -Experience supporting ITAM / ServiceNow teams in enterprise environments -Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights -Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and automation

Compensation: $45-$50/h. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
