About the role

Job Description:

The Systems Analyst will support large-scale healthcare technology transformation initiatives by analyzing, designing, and implementing complex system integration and data management solutions. The role involves gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, developing integration specifications, supporting data migration activities, designing interfaces and reporting solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of clinical information systems. The consultant will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and healthcare operations teams to improve interoperability, data quality, and system functionality across enterprise environments. Responsibilities include patient demographic and visit data consolidation, healthcare data modeling, enterprise identity management, interface design, data conversion, and supporting provincial-scale healthcare implementations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare information systems, systems integration, clinical application implementations, data management, and enterprise-level solution design, along with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Requirements Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification (Mandatory) Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Business Computing, or Management Information Systems (Mandatory) Minimum 10 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Integration Analyst in project environments Experience with integration specifications, data modeling, and data migration Minimum 10 years of experience implementing Clinical Information Systems in healthcare environments Experience supporting provincial-scale healthcare system implementations Minimum 7 years of experience with Altera Sunrise Care environment, including patient demographic and visit data consolidation Minimum 7 years of experience designing healthcare interfaces, data conversions, and reports Minimum 5 years of experience in data modeling involving confidential client/patient demographic information Minimum 3 years of experience designing enterprise-level patient identity (ID) solutions, including consolidation of regional identifiers Strong experience in healthcare interoperability and integration projects Ability to work in a hybrid environment with onsite presence in Winnipeg, Manitoba as required Must be legally able to perform services from within Canada only
