ties: • Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of incidents and service req uests.• Coordinate with onshore teams and clients for seamless su pport.• Monitor ticket queues and prioritize critical i ssues.• Conduct daily stand-ups, assign tasks, and track pro gress.• Handle performance reviews for team.• Act as a bridge between onshore and offshore teams.• Participate in client calls and governance mee tings.• Identify recurring issues and propose automation or process enhance ments.• Ensure compliance with ITIL pro cesses• Maintain up-to-date SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base art icles.• Ensure proper handover and transition document ation.• Work on weekly/monthly status re ports.• Track KPIs like ticket resolution time, backlog, and customer satisfa ction.• Creation of on call roster fo
