We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Cloud Engineer to play a key role in the administration, security, and optimization of our cloud infrastructure and modern workplace technologies. This position is responsible for managing Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID environments, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of critical cloud services used across the organization. The Cloud Engineer will lead identity and access management initiatives, support enterprise SaaS platforms, oversee licensing and governance, and provide advanced technical support for cloud-based systems and applications. Working closely with IT teams and business stakeholders, the successful candidate will help drive cloud adoption, enhance operational efficiency, and implement best practices that support a secure and scalable digital workplace. Responsibilities: Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related platforms. Administer and maintain Microsoft Azure resources, subscriptions, storage accounts, virtual machines, networking, and cloud services. Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Manage user lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and access changes. Manage and administer Identity and Access Management (IAM), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and user access governance across cloud platforms. Administer and manage enterprise SaaS applications, including application lifecycle management, user provisioning, access control, integrations, and platform governance. Administer and optimize Exchange Online services, including shared mailboxes, distribution groups, mail flow, and messaging platform operations. Administer Microsoft licensing, subscriptions, and cloud service entitlements across the organization. Provide advanced Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Azure, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based business applications. Manage tenant configurations, service settings, and platform governance. Design, implement, and support enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms, including Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. Resolve complex Microsoft 365 administration and support issues. Qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting cloud platforms and Microsoft 365 environments. Experience with Microsoft Azure, M365, Entra ID Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
